PIPE ELBOWS

Pipe elbows, also known as ell or elbow pieces, are fittings that change the direction or angle of a pipe run. They are typically installed between two lengths of pipe or tubing at a predetermined angle, such as 45°, 90°, or 22.5°. The sweep of the fitting indicates how quickly the direction changes.
