BAND SAW FLUIDS

Band-Ade is a semi-synthetic flood coolant designed for light to moderate duty sawing applications that involve both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can be used on materials such as aluminum, cast aluminum, cast iron, steel, stainless steel, and high nickel alloys. Band-Ade is intended to: extend blade life, reduce machine wear, improve band saw blade tool life, reduce frictional heat, improve cutting performance, increase productivity, be biodegradable, be safe for the operator to use, and do not contain harmful chemicals like chlorine and sulfur.
